FAQ’S
Everything you need to know for your first class & beyond.
-
What to bring: Grip socks are required on the Mega for your safety. Don’t have any? Don’t worry, we offer them in the studio for purchase. Tennis shoes are required for Versa classes. Bring a water bottle or buy one from us. Bathroom and water fill station available on-site!
Come early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts for an overview of the Megaformer and the VersaClimber, and for a chance to ask any questions you might have. You will store your belongings in cubby’s in our lobby or in front of your Mega.
Expect some confusion: Its normal to not understand all the cues and move names during your first class. During the workout, you will be moved through a sequence of slow and controlled movements, as well as fast transitions from one exercise to the next allowing you to maintain an elevated heart rate. Be patient with yourself as you learn the workout. Our instructors will assist you and our small class size will allow for lots of personal attention.
Come back: Your first few classes will be challenging regardless of your fitness abilities. Consistency is key. It won’t get easier. Expect to get stronger.
-
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first class. This will give us time to show you around the studio and introduce you to our method and machines prior to class start time. For liability reasons, if you do not arrive to your first class with enough time for this introduction, we will have to reschedule you to a different time.
-
We have a parking lot just behind the studio as well as street parking. Please be mindful of any street signage including street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Monday!
-
Whatever you feel most comfortable in! We do require grip socks in Lagree to keep your feet from sliding and to ensure cleanliness. Feel free to bring your own pair or pick some up at the front desk when you arrive. For Versa we require athletic shoes.
-
Bring a towel and swim attire! Forgot a towel? We sell them at the studio.
-
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 min early to class as the door may be locked at class start time. We do this for the safety of our studio and our members' personal belongings.
If you are running late, please call or text the studio at (760)575-4841 and let us know you are on the way. If we are able to get to the phone, we will hold your machine for you, although we cannot guarantee it.
We do have a 5 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 min. late, your machine could be released to members on the waitlist.
As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow members, if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class - it disrupts the class vibe. Thank you for your understanding!
-
Because class sizes at Lagree + Versa Fit are limited, we require at least 9 hours' notice to cancel your reservation and receive your class/session back as a credit to your account.
2–9 hours before class: You will lose that class/session from your package. Unlimited Monthly, Happy Hour, and Intro Two-Week Unlimited members will also be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
Within 2 hours of class: You will lose that class/session from your package. Unlimited Monthly, Happy Hour, and Intro Two-Week Unlimited members will be charged a total of $25 ($15 late cancellation fee plus an additional $10 fee).
No-show: You will lose that class/session from your package. Unlimited Monthly, Happy Hour, and Intro Two-Week Unlimited members will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
Our cancellation policy helps ensure waitlisted members have the opportunity to book available spots and keeps classes fair for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
-
Class full? Sign up for the waitlist!
There are two ways you may be moved from the waitlist into class, depending on when a spot opens:
If a spot opens before the late cancellation window (more than 9 hours before class): You will be automatically added to class in the order you appear on the waitlist — please check the app to view your ranking on the waitlist.
If a spot opens during the late cancellation window (9 hours or less before class): First come, first served. Everyone on the waitlist will receive a text message with a link to claim the open spot.
Every time a new spot opens during the late cancellation window, the system will send another round of texts to everyone still on the waitlist.
It is your responsibility to keep track of your reservations, including waitlisted reservations. Think of the waitlist as actually signing up; we assume you would like to attend every class that you waitlist, so be sure to check your status on the waitlist as class time approaches. If you get into class off the waitlist and don’t show up to class, our no-show policy will apply.
If you get into multiple classes, we kindly ask that you cancel the class you do not plan to attend at least 9 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation penalty.

Yes, we have 2 restrooms large enough to change clothes.
-
Unfortunately, we don’t have public showers. If you’d like to rinse off after class, please book a cold plunge + sauna session - shower access is included. Thank you for understanding!

All of our Lagree classes are 45 minutes long. Our standard Versa classes are 30 minutes, while our Mile-High Versa class runs for 45 minutes. Combo Classes are 50 minutes and give you the best of both worlds—half Lagree, half Versa, with about 22 minutes of each. They’re a great way to ease into both Lagree and Versa while experiencing the benefits of both styles in one class.

Absolutely! We love celebrating our members at Lagree + Versa Fit.
We recognize every 100-class milestone, with extra special celebrations for your 100th, 250th, 500th, 750th, and 1,000th classes. Be sure to grab your milestone gift from the front desk and snap a photo for our Legends Wall!
We also love celebrating birthdays! If you’d like a birthday shoutout at the studio, please make sure your birthday is added to your account profile so we know when to celebrate with you.
-
Please let us know! While we do our very best to celebrate every milestone, we’re human and occasionally one may slip through the cracks. If we missed yours, we’d love the opportunity to make it right by celebrating you, getting your photo on our Legends Wall, and making sure you receive your milestone gift. We never want you to miss out on being recognized for your accomplishment!
If your birthday wasn’t celebrated, make sure it’s in your profile. If it is and we missed it, let us know—we’d love to celebrate you!

Current Members Who Become Pregnant: A doctor’s note is not required but is highly recommended for your own safety and peace of mind.
Private Sessions
New to the Studio + Pregnant: You must complete 2–3 private sessions before joining group classes. These sessions will help you:
Learn pregnancy-specific modifications
Understand class format and terminology
Practice proper form to ensure a safe experience
Existing Clients: If you’ve practiced with us before and are familiar with the format, private sessions are not required but strongly recommended to review key pregnancy-specific adjustments.
