Lagree Fit is a 45 min class taught on the revolutionary Megaformer. This class is focused on core strength, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. We focus on slow and controlled resistance training utilizing all of the major muscle groups in the body, keeping the heart-rate elevated for the entire workout. Combine with one of our high-intensity Versa Fit classes for a maximum burn.

HEART HEALTHY

Unlike other low-impact workouts, Lagree actually gets your heart pumping via quick transitions and continuous tension in the body for the duration of class. Benefits include more fat loss and lower blood pressure.


LOW IMPACT

Intense yes, but always low impact. Every move is safe on the joints and spine. There is no jumping or heavy lifting. Only slow, controlled movements that push each muscle to it's max.

  • Lagree is a 45 min class taught on the revolutionary Megaformer. This class is focused on core strength, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. We use slow, intentional movements that will leave you sweating, shaking and feeling sore in muscles you never knew you had!

  • Designed, engineered and patented by Sebastien Lagree, the Megaformer® is a machine with stationary platforms and central gliding carriage with springs for resistance. The Megaformer® is used alongside the Lagree Method movements to assist with proper alignment, intensity, and range of motion. The machine is built to actively stimulate the entire muscular structure, which makes it the perfect machine for a total body workout.

  • If you are new to the Lagree method or new to the Megaformer®, we strongly encourage starting your journey with an intro level class or an intro private class to get more comfortable with the method and machines. But it is not required as all of our classes are modifiable to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

  • To prepare for your Lagree Fit class you will need: water & grip socks. We sell grip socks and water bottles at the studio if you forget yours.

  • Grip socks are required at Lagree Fit for use of the Megaformer® equipment. We are a grip sock mandatory studio for both community hygiene and personal safety.

  • We always suggest consulting with your doctor on this one. Typically, we don’t recommend trying a new workout if you’re expecting, however clients who have been regularly attending classes are usually clear to continue doing so. Our instructors are trained to give modifications to clients who are expecting, so please be sure to let them know before class so they can customize your workout.
